CANCELATION

There is no refund deposit for cancelation made by customer, but possible change another date trip based on available dates and negotiation.

Deposit refund is possible if cancelation made by vendor due the weather forecast or etc.

One day before trip you will receive email re-confirmation to make sure the weather is okay to have day out due to safety reasons. We make sure we look after our customers well.

PAYMENT

You don’t need to have PayPal account to make a payment, you can pay directly by your credit card or debit card. So it is very simple payment gateway.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

We collect your full name, email address and phone number each time you make a booking or payment with Boat Charter Bali.
